I am a senior software engineer who is really getting borderline depressed with the repetitiveness of my current job.

I really enjoy working with the latest and greatest technologies and showing other's the ropes. How and where do you find these kinds of jobs where you work with clients or possibly run training seminars,workshops or conferences for newer technologies.

If you are already in this kind of role and came from a development role how did you get the job?
