If you fail to respond to voicemails and emails from your employer which request a response than I expect you will be fired as is happening here.
So basically you expect to keep your job by staying out of touch for two whole months ? I perfectly understand that he feared the precautions in his workplace were not enough, so did they apparently as stated in the article, but when you're still an employee you are supposed to be available for them. At Tesla or anywhere really ?
That worker would rather have Tesla pay for him indefinitely while he doesn’t come to work.
