Seed-stage company, brings on let's say a CTO with some typical equity package. Can this be structured with a SAFE?

If not, are there similar simple/semi-standard forms for the paperwork?

If so, would the investor's "payment" info be replaced with a nominal amount ($1) or with a reference to their position at the company?
