Ask HN: What are some books like Getting Real?

I just finished reading Getting Real, it was an interesting book and I find the idea is somewhat opposite to "how to build a billion dollar app" book, or most of the product development books I've found recently.

I wonder if there's any other books that has the same idea (about product development, don't tell you to aim high and wait until you have a multi-billion idea before you build,...)?
