Selling air for real. How to sell an idea to big Venture Capital funds (exaggerated.com)

just love how she sounds innocent and sort of a hippie but seems to actually be a shark deep inside :)

I am appalled at this idea: sell air? How close is that to selling nothing?

And at the same time, I sure there is a pretty big market for such a thing... Scary.
