I guess technically you can call him a CEO, but from the looks of it he was just doing small time AWS contract work.

LinkedIn Solid8 appears to have either 1 or 2 employees.

The guy in question is a recently convicted criminal. (1)

But titling "Convicted criminal kicked out of Carmel Valley restaurant for bad behavior" would be a lot harder to fit into the divisive classism / racism narrative.
