GitHub outages bother me less than the lack of transparency

I still remember the old days when service outages were accompanied by detailed Post-Mortems. GitHub did it too.

And I don't mean to say that every outage deserves detailed article, but something more elaborate than "We have identified the source of elevated errors" would be useful and good-spirited
