Ask HN: How do you build dashboards for city teams to analyze metrics on areas?

Hi HN! If you belong to a company with any ground operations, how do your city and ops teams measure area performance?

Do you have an internal dashboard or do you use a BI? If you have internal dashboards, how do you update metrics on it and maintain it?

If you use BI, how do you go more granular than areas? I am talking specifically about orders, routes, users and so on!
