In an organisation with multiple teams where a wider guild/team needs to be closer, what are some sort of ceremonies or processes you do that you think makes you stay connected?

Guild meetings? Who's organising those? Regular presentations? 1-1 meetings? Do you feel like you are involved in that group? Can you get more involved?
