I see book suggestions on business leadership, product development, and sales all the time, but rarely about business finance. And searching for books like this tends to lead to investing and personal finance books.

I'm curious if anyone has any recommendations on a good book on business finance. How do you make intelligent financial decisions for your business? How do you decide when it is a good financial decision to hire a new employee? How do you determine the best financing deals and when is equity vs debt favorable?

Not trying to become a CPA here, but it seems like if you're running a business, it would be wise to understand how the financial component works.
