Ask HN: How to get a SW engineering role during Covid-19

I'm a fairly decent engineer, and built two startups from the ground-up during my university days. I recently just graduated, and it's been so hard to find a job mostly because of the fact that all my positives are that I've built products for thousands of users, but I have terrible grades and a crappy GPA because of focusing on said startups during school.

How can I overcome this? Does anybody hire without looking at GPA?
