Ask HN: Asking companies to send annual user account status reports?

I've been on the Internet for almost 30 years and have likely signed up for well over a thousand accounts. It would be nice to get an email maybe once a year with my account name, last time I logged in, etc. from providers that have an account with my address. Ideally with an option to quickly disable/delete the account if desired.
