Independent of his credentials, what proves his innocence against the investigation in said case?

I think if dalits focus on educating there girls and respecting there wife and not getting disheartened when rejected by an upper caste girl would do a lot more in improving there conditions.There are lot of upper caste people who get trapped in this bullshit but scroll won't report it. Satyendra dubey was killed by lower caste contractors because he did not accept bribes.
