Modern monitor design fault: static pattern flickering

I have now tested two modern monitors (Philips 276E8VJSB and Samsung U32H850UMU) that go crazy when they show the test image below:

Make sure to download this image and show it in 1:1 zoom (pixel correctly).

It must be some kind of compression or temporal dithering that only processes every other pixel and then changes parity with every frame.

Please let me know if you have this problem too. I would like to know what monitor I should get for coding after I return this one.
