Sendgrid banned us and doesn't answer support

I had not gotten any leads from my website for a couple days and was beginning to wonder if my business had suddenly been blocked from Google or something similar. Then I looked in the database and realized I had lots of pending leads, but I simply hadn't gotten the email notification about them. These email notifications were setup using the SendGrid API.

I quickly try to login into SendGrid but find that it is impossible. I get the message "You are not authorized to access SendGrid, please contact Support."

This ban has been done without sending any type of warning or information on why this happened to me.

I directly contacted SendGrid support but it has been weeks and they have not responded to me.

The SendGrid API is also used for notifications externally to customers. Because of the API being down, my customers get no email notification when submitting a lead. It is a complete travesty.

Has SendGrid stopped caring about SMEs?
