Ask HN: What is the demographics of Hacker News?

Hacker News has been a big part of my life. I get more solid news, opinions, insights and suggestions than any other site although now I'm finding reddit depending on sub can have high caliber contributors too.

However, I'm curious and unable to find what the demo's are for this site. Does anyone know or can point to a recent survey may be?

Just great stuff here (most of the time ;-).
