The small engine repair/power equipment sales shop a mile from me. They're still using an Okidata dot matrix printer from the '80s for their invoices. They don't have a website either.

There's a lot of companies like this. More than you could imagine. Why? The owners are probably in their 70s, missed the whole "computers are cool/useful" thing, and have been muddling along for decades. But, somehow, they've kept going on reputation, customer laziness, whatever.

If local law enforcement agencies in the US can be considered companies- there are a large number ghat still have no computers, use no database, and still do everything on paper. As a side note- that is the reason we can't have a national database for unsolved murders, etc.
