My Azure services are down, Bing isn't working, Office isn't working, MSN isn't working, Xbox Live is down. Seems like a major outage of Microsoft services.
They are slowly coming back online. I'm assuming it is a network problem, because not all of mine were down. Also doesn't seem it was just Microsoft at least according to Down Detector https://downdetector.com/
