Ask HN: Breaking into the Stockholm tech scene as an American?

I'm an American living on the east coast, currently looking for a new job in applied computer vision R&D. My partner is from Stockholm, and it's one area of the world I've loved visiting and I'd like to explore while looking for jobs. Does anybody have any suggestions for scoping out the Stockholm tech scene, beyond the usual Google/LinkedIn/Glassdoor searches? It would also be helpful to understand what employers in the region are looking for in foreign applicants, and any concerns they might have about an American looking for a job. I've seen a fair bit of Swedish posters on HN, and I'm hoping some of you might be able to lend some insight to this matter. Thanks a lot!
