It seems likely that in the near future we would be seeing content that is not only shared by bots but also generated by one. Would we have to go back to the times when we only trusted "conventional" NEWS-media outlets and were suspicious of everything we read on the internet?
Don't forget commented on by bots. I'm sure there are already people working on HN comment bots powered by GPT-3 for a laugh, but I'm not sure the result will be funny.
