Dang! They were able to pull up there notes doing the test. Yea, that software is broken. Just imagine the next generation of lawyers who passed the Bar exam by cheating. I'm talking about thousands of hired lawyers not knowing the what the heck they're doing. Criminals would go free and more innocent will be in jail. Fix that software tech people.
