Ask HN: How to prepare for an Engineering Manager interview?

I know this question has been asked before, but that was in 2017 and thought there might be some updated resources. I have been in management positions in Series-B size startups, and have applied to some FAANG companies.

I've done tons of prep on algorithms as well as system design. I've taken several different people-management seminars / books, but nothing specifically "engineering management".

Are there any good resources out there for this type of prep (or generally how to be a good engineering manager?)
