Ask HN: How do you handle your team getting exhausted with unwanted meetings?

Our team went remote about 1.5 years ago and we've used a combination of tools

We used to get stuck in hours of conversations, with no agenda or follow process.

That was then followed with a shaky action/outcome system

This all changed when I spoke to almost 50 CEOs of remote companies to understand how they handle their business and why they win.

Ended up coming up with a system that cut down meetings from 3 hours a day to pretty much 10 mins give or take.
