After this, Sandia has very little option but firing him. Did anyone ask how minority employees feel about these policies? I doubt they'd be enacted without reason.
The feelings of the minority employees are irrelevant; it's actually illegal to discriminate based on race. Whether that's separate training classes for different races or separate dorm rooms for different races, it's all illegal.
This is very high on stirring up attacks on individuals based on highly generalized non-specific characterizations involving culture war buzzwords, and very low on specific factual allegations, much less evidentiary support for those allegations.
