Seeking CTO

We are seeking a NYC based chief technology officer (CTO) for an exciting, novel startup. The business is directed towards bars & clubs, people who go to bars & clubs, and marketing companies who target this market. We plan to launch with a smartphone app and website in June. We are currently seeking bids from app developers, and the CTO will help us make the best choice. The CTO will also be responsible for app, database and website maintenance.

The CTO should have expertise in all or some of the following areas:

iPhone OS (aka iOS), Objective C, Mac OS, Cocoa, Xcode, SQLite, Unity, PhoneGap and Appcelerator Titanium AndroidOS, BB Touch, java, css design, Windows Mobile, Symbian, J2ME, BREW, and custom api's PHP, MYSQL, XML, SOAP, .NET, C, AJAX, Crystal Reports, .ASP, Java Script, CakePHP, Ruby on Rails, VB, 3rdparty platforms (Magento, Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress) Integration with Facebook, Twitter, blogs, and other Web 2.0 sites Systems Analysis & Design This is a part time position to start with an equity stake in the company. Why an equity stake? The better we make the product, the more money we will make as a team. I do not want a hired gun. I want someone who wants to build and be part of something big. We are currently meeting with investors and PR firms.
