Ask HN: Ever Set Up a subscription based company in the UK?

Hi there, was just wondering about setting about a subscription based company. I know most of the tech background of it and how to set that side up. On the other hand, I have no idea about the business aspect of it? Anyone got any good links for finding this stuff out? Is it expensive, what are the prices? Not looking to make the millions but a suitable income. Thanks.
