Ask HN: How do you disable unknown device protection on your Google account?

I never wanted it and it doesn't recognize my devices and I need access to my email... I tried to call Google but no success (I was not even able to talk to someone even after waiting for 20 minutes on hold). My password is about 20 characters long and only my password manager knows it.... I want Google to let anyone login to my account if they have the password, I don't want Google to sign me up to their "security".
