How to synthesize a customer data platform?

I'm looking for a way to synthesize CDP capabilities without buying or building a CDP.

For that, I think I would at a minimum need (i) a persistent store with (structured and unstructured) data ingestion and real-time output capabilities (a data lake?),

(ii) a standalone "hygiene" solution to clean ingested customer records (identity resolution),

(iii) a pipe such as a standalone ELT that can send the ingested and cleaned data from the store to any marketing tool.

Does anyone have suggestions as to what companies/products could serve the above?
