Great 20 min podcast on the recent Court Strike-down of Corona restrictions

Legalman (briefly) goes through the 66 page judge's opinion, where the court strikes down the Corona virus restrictions in Pennsylvania.

Interesting to me is that he notes that this is the first time anyone is actually going on the record - a deposition. And also that the this opinion is being appealed.

He lists some of his findings:

* That the Covid restrictions are effectively an injunction, but across the whole population not just an individual, on account of the term 'emergency powers'

* There were no medical experts involved in the shutdown decisions

* No minutes were taken in meetings

* etc

A couple of other points from me:

Legalman - although a long practising lawyer - is cynical of the legal system. This is a critical take.

And, there is some swearing.
