Ask HN: What are the best free resources to learn ES6?

I learnt the basics of ES5 a long time ago and I need to learn ES6 in order to bring myself back up to date so that I can then learn React. If I was forced to choose, I would prefer a theoretical but comprehensive guide to one that's practical but minimal.
