So cloudflare can protect against 70 tbps ddoses without billing the customer, and millions of sites use their free plan with not much incentive to move onto the $20 per month package. How is cloudflare able to stay in business? Is it just a nsa data collection scheme to mitm a large portion of the webs tls traffic?
