[–] andrei_says_ 5y ago ↗ I teach NVC and find that there are a few core choices to be made before learning the how’s of it.I don’t even present them as choices but as questions.Do you prefer having a connected, honest relationship with others to getting what you want from them?If you don’t, then you may end up using the principles of NVC to try and manipulate others.Are you willing to be vulnerable? To soften your armor and be seen for your humanity?Are you willing to accept the humanity of everybody else?It’s a really beautiful practice, carried by the gentle power of kindness.
