Show HN: Privacy focused surveys, polls and forms (blocksurvey.io)

I didn't find a data collection tool which is secure and safe that led me to create Blocksurvey. It uses Blockstack blockchain for Decentralized Identity and data storage. All your data collection is encrypted using your own keys.
