The same thing it takes to work at any small company that’s trying to survive and grow: hard work, smart work, team work, being a self-starter, overtime, sacrifice, sub-optimal pay and benefits, heart, communications, the ability to speak up, the ability to bite your tongue, and more. What have I missed?
