Since Microsoft has already put Windows NT and 2000 on archive.org they'd probably shrug and eventually put that in there with it.
What would be interesting is if someone took the code, took diffs, and then plotted out the update path in a graphical format. It'd be an interesting peek into the Microsoft upgrade path and schedule.
