Facebook wants Apple to remove iMessage as the default message app (forbes.com)

I hope whenever this sees its day in court that whatever the verdict is, it errs on the side of privacy over laissez faire business practices.

I am concerned though. Some precedent has been set with opening up default maps and browser choices. I know those aren’t about person-to-person communication, but still.
