Ask HN: Which is better user experience: Inline links or links at the end?

For years, in my blog posts I incorporated links inline; but with this post http://science1.wordpress.com/2011/04/17/the-new-revolution-a-scopes-trial-against-newtonism/ I am experimenting by putting all references at the end of the article. Which is better?
