Ask HN: Does Amazon's 'click to reach customer service' button exist?

I tried emailing a question to customerservice@amazon.com, a question that does not appear to be addressed by their FAQs or help. The autoresponse said there's a button I can click, to email or chat with them, on any Help page on their site.

I do not see this button. Do you?

Easiest way to get to a "Contact Customer Service" link is to go your orders and then look at the particular order and there is sometimes a contact there if you click through into the order
