In this episode former warden of 3 US prisons testifies that SAM (Special Administrative Measures, the prison type where Assange is expected to end in) prisoners are held in completely inhuman conditions.
Next week's episode: allegations the US considered forcible removal of Assange from the Ecuadorian embassy by kidnapping or poison, while the US defense maintains the extradition is not politically motivated at all.
The treatment of the Hamza and charging him for an illegal third party message is disgusting. Tried to tell his grandchild 'I love you', was suggested as a coded terrorist message.. Being a prosecutor must be.. fun. Theres got to be some super hero level of disconnect in the head.
> Hamza [another victim of UK -> US extradition, for terrorism] is allowed to communicate only with two named family members, one of whom is one of his sons. In a letter, Hamza had asked this son to tell his one-year-old grandchild that he loved him. Hamza was charged with an illegal message to a third party (the grandson). This had resulted in extension of the SAMs regime on Hamza, which still continues. In cross-examination, Dobbin was at pains to suggest this “I love you” may have been a coded terrorist message.

Wow. How can anybody be as heartless...
