The treatment of the Hamza and charging him for an illegal third party message is disgusting. Tried to tell his grandchild 'I love you', was suggested as a coded terrorist message.. Being a prosecutor must be.. fun. Theres got to be some super hero level of disconnect in the head.

This had resulted in extension of the SAMs regime on Hamza, which still continues. In cross-examination, Dobbin was at pains to suggest this “I love you” may have been a coded terrorist message.
