Microsoft's Xbox App for Windows has a comically bad UI (twitter.com)

It is truly awful on the mobile app, too. (Though the actual streaming games work pretty well). MS makes frameworks but a lot of their UI ideas are really bad: "Metro", the Office ribbon, new control panels in Windows, setup "wizards", etc.
