Ask HN: Are Julia stewards anti open-source collaboration?

Julia stewards are anti-open source

For example, they ban my account anytime I try to respond and notify someone that i fixed a requested bug in my package: https://discourse.julialang.org/t/error-installing-building-reduce-jl/47414

That topic doesn't contain an answer because I am banned everytime I try to respond with something like "the bug has been fixed, did you try it yet?"

This is the opposite of inclusivity.
