What's happening here? Automated spam? Surely hundreds of people aren't all submitting nearly identical PRs?
You get a free t-shirt if you submit 4 PRs. An Indian YouTube channels with 650k subscribers made a guide and 10,000s of people are following it.

You'd think so, but in much the same way as a hundred (okay, million) students can all write "Hello world", yes, it does appear that at least part of this is actually humans, albeit (as sibling comment notes) following the same instructions.

I wonder if there is a way to automatically collect all the github usernames that have had more than two PRs marked as spam.
