The approach to effectively attacking "overdispursion" or "super-spreader" (stochastic) infection viruses is the opposite of normal (deterministic) ones -- backward-tracing, instead of forward-tracing. Very interesting result, which appears to have predictive power in the results of various regions attempts to suppress outbreaks.
It (edit: the original article) was posted 4 times, each without significant uptake - there is no way to determine which one might gain traction; but all of them certainly won’t, making the duplicate comment moot.
However, I will refrain from doing that in the future.
