Ask HN: Does GitHub sales get back to you?

I'm wondering if anyone else has trouble hearing back from GitHub Sales -- via their support system as well, support stops responding after its passed off to sales team. I don't receive a response from sales.

In this example, it's about their code scan feature for private repositories.
