Ask HN: Which domain name registrars allow you to share admin access?

I want to grant a consultant permission to change DNS settings, without granting access to the ownership of the domain. Sharing my password is not ideal. My Google-fu is failing me. Which domain registrars offer this?

I can only find two domain name registrars that do, and neither of them support the TLD that I need.

With your domain registrar you can set different nameservers for the domain, e.g. Cloudflare or Amazon Route53, and then manage the DNS entries on those services.
Yes. Interestingly, this actually depends on the TLD. Some TLDs do not support changing the nameservers to be in a foreign country, which limits your choices. I learnt that the hard way.
