These guys are truly scum and a terrorist organization. They were also accused of organizing a terror raid into Albania into early 90s, and murdering about 12 young army recruits in a barrack near the border with Greece.... The recruits at the time were sleeping and unarmed as they hadn't completed their training.
The reason: they claim that North Epirus was part of the Epirus kingdom in 280–275 BC) for about 60 years and it should be greek.
Very welcome news, particularly for the victims' families, that these right-wing extremists have been brought to justice.
It also goes to show the importance of anti-fascist action, both in the courts and on the streets. There's a very worrying trend in these past years of right-wingers getting increasingly violent and nationalistic. This needs to be stamped out hard.
There is often important world news here. This was the largest nazi trial since Nurnberg, after all (and a major blow against neonazi movement in Europe).
