What advice would you give other self-funded companies? I'm trying to compete with much larger players in our space as well.

I think focusing on the basics. Being really good at the fundamentals. Not overthinking too much about what bigger players are doing, because they want to get EVERYONE so their software/product becomes EVERYTHING.

VC backed companies I feel are under a lot of pressure to make x10 returns for their investors so they exhaust everything and everyone. This is where we come in I believe. Nimble. Good. Fundamental. Solid. And people respond to that in a good way.
