Argument analysis: Justices debate legality of Google’s use of Java in Android (scotusblog.com)

I thought it would be good to have a post by actual lawyers, especially those who understand the Supreme Court, providing the legal analysis versus tech or regular journalists(though some did interview lawyers) as have been posted before.
