Has Anyone Else Found Zendesk Has Gone Downhill Big Time Lately
I have a problem where all of a sudden it won't accept an email for a ticket, my account is current, but I can only speak to a bot which is not even as good as doing a search.
Anyone got any other suggestions that are not too painful to migrate to?
I am using it for tracking issues across a globally spread team that are poorly integrated and I just use it as an issues tracker mostly, but with PM approval on change etc.
I wonder about Git, but have not used it like this before, does anyone have any input?

[ 4.3 ms ] story [ 13.5 ms ] threadUp side is that their customer service is good, if you can catch a human talking with you. (migration for chat is a job of an account executive, sadly)
