Technical Relationship Manager

Arcesium seeks an experienced Technical Relationship Manager to join our Technology team. This person will act as the central point of contact between our software engineers, infrastructure professionals, operations team, and our clients, which include some of the most sophisticated hedge funds in the world.

Responsibilities include:

Designing client integrations and new products Managing projects and tracking issues Performing client developer support Managing client relationships and communication with senior stakeholders Performing platform demonstrations and data mapping Spearheading mission critical and highly visible projects for the firm The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working either in-house at a buy side firm, or will have had experience providing technical solutions to such organizations. Candidates are expected to have knowledge and skills cutting across technology, the financial domain, project management and coordination, and client communication. The business domain encompasses the full breadth of the trade and post-trade lifecycle for a wide spectrum of asset classes. The candidate must be well versed with the associated technical and operational processes and be an expert in a subset of processes and/or asset classes. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in software engineering or project management in a technical environment. Familiarity with cutting edge cloud solutions and data analysis techniques is a plus. This individual must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience in a client-facing capacity.
